A Gluten Free Banana Flour

We established a strategic partnership with institutional education. Universitas Brawijaya is our main partner in supporting us through technology development and sharing knowledge for our production technology and process.
Currently we are doing strategic partnership with Universitas Brawijaya through the Faculty of Technological Farm (Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian) on production tools for our products. Universitas Brawijaya supporting us with better equipment and technological upgrade for our machines to make production process more efficient.



Our Partnership with the Faculty of Technological Farm Resulted in an MoU with Universitas Brawijaya such as:
1. The utilization of technology and research from UNBRAW (Brawijaya University), specifically the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, through the team formed by Prof. Dr. Widya Rukmi Putri and her colleagues.
2. This collaboration covers nutritional content lab testing, functional development of flour ingredients, and the fulfillment of required food certifications.
