In a small town called Ngawi, East Java. And by a woman named Madame Susi, a village midwife. She establish this community along with her husband, Mr. Ari.
With modest capital, she strived to establish a non-governmental organization (NGO). In order to accommodate banana farmers. Specifically in marketing and developing derivative gluten free banana flour products from green bananas, aiming to position them with better economic value. We gain recognition and fulfill the standard base on European Union regulation of gluten free products.
